Scala is a general-purpose programming language that has support for functional programming and a strong static type system.

We host technical meetups on topics in the language, as well as workshops for Scala Types of any skill level. We ask that members abide by the Scala Code of Conduct (https://www.scala-lang.org/conduct/) at all events. Note that our moderation team is distinct from the individuals listed in the Scala CoC.
